Photography Tuition and Coaching
Get the Edge to Your Photography
Whether you’re an enthusiastic beginner, experienced hobbyist or aspiring pro, you can get the edge to your photography with my blend of one to one photography tuition and coaching. I have designed this service to be an ideal way to help you to further your photography skills and knowledge while at the same time learning to nurture your own unique talents, refine your photographic vision and increase your photographic confidence.
Not Just Technique
Whilst you’ll be able to learn how to get more from your camera, along with various photographic and post-processing techniques, my tuition and coaching also includes exploring the philosophy of photography and the psychology of being a photographer, how to be mindful of the images that you want to take, how to stand out from the crowd and develop your own style.
Support and Guidance
The coaching element of my photography tuition means that I can set goals and assignments for you to work towards before your next session, and I will review your latest work and discuss it’s strengths and weaknesses, recap or go over any questions from the first session to ensure you’re happy and making progress.
How Many Sessions Do You Need?
The number of sessions you need depends on what you want to learn or how much coaching you require to achieve your desired result. I recommend a minimum of two sessions to start with as this allows for the initial session coupled with a follow up session. We’ll have an initial phone consultation beforehand to find out your requirements, I can then recommend a suitable number of sessions and you can take as many as you like. Multiple sessions do not have to be taken close together either, you can spread them out over several months if required to give you time to practice, but it’s best not to leave too long between them.
Tuition Location
Tuition takes place at my home in Crowborough, East Sussex. Excursions for landscape photography tuition in the local area can be arranged if required.
